Payment Terms

Visa or MasterCard only. We do accept Checks / Money orders or wire transfers on case by case.
Net 30 terms are granted only to companies who completely fill out a NTX Hockey Credit Application and are given written approval from NTX Hockey. A 50% down payment is required on all orders from customers who have not been given Net 30 terms and the full balance is due on or prior to delivery. All customized orders needs to be paid in full prior to production start.

Minimum Order Charge
There is a 50% – 100% up charge for orders that are less than the 12 piece per style minimum order.

Pattern Charge
There is a $50.00 per size fee for custom jersey patterns.

Samples
We encourage customers to order samples (Samples are billed as a regular order). Garments sent to NTX Hockey must be laundered to comply with health regulations.

Returns
Request for return authorization must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns must have a return authorization number on the outside of the box or they will be refused. No returns on lettered or custom products. There is a 25% re-stocking fee on returns of stock items.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are cut. Lettered garments cannot be cancelled after they have been printed or sewn. Production starts within 24 hours of approval.

Delivery
Shipments are shipped and billed via UPS Ground. Dealers assume any additional expense required to expedite delivery and returns.

Shipping
NTX hockey has four facilities (Austin & Dallas (HQ) – Texas USA, Toronto – Ontario Canada and opening soon in London – UK), items may be shipped separately and/or from multiple facilities to complete your order.

Color Matching
It is not possible to guarantee color matching from one order to another or from one fabric to another. Please note our standard sublimated colors match our in-house fabric (cut-n-sew) colors. If you wish to have a specific color sublimated you will need to send a sample or specify a Pantone color.

Laundering
Hand wash or machine wash at “gentle” setting. Use cold water, mild soap, and rinse thoroughly. Air dry or tumble dry low. Do not dry clean. Do not iron over printed garments. Do not bleach.

Special Note
We are not responsible for errors resulting from orders taken over the phone or given verbally, unless confirmed in writing by the customer.

CAUTION WHEN LETTERING
Lettering applications may cause fading of color or excessive shrinkage. The fabric in these uniforms is engineered to withstand any normal way of lettering with minimal shrinkage. If heat tunnel or heat transfer machine is used, the temperature should not exceed 163° C (325° F) and the time from entrance to exit of the heat should not exceed 2 1/2 minutes or excessive shrinkage or color fading may occur.

Artwork Submission
Send / upload your vector artwork to NTX Hockey’s Art Department for quotes on custom twill, screen printing, sublimation and embroidered appliqué logos. NTX Hockey can match any custom lettering.
Please submit high resolution vector art in either (.ai, .eps) format. If you are unable to supply your artwork in vector format our designers will recreate your artwork and art charges will be applied accordingly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event will we, our directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages for use of this website or any other websites including without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if we are expressly advised about the possibility of such damages.

ERRORS and/or INACCURACIES:
We attempt to provide complete and accurate up to date information on our website. It is impossible to ensure that any website is completely free of errors.  This website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions some of which may relate to pricing and/or availability and some information may not be complete or current.   We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

INDEMNITY:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NTX Hockey and all it’s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from: (i) any breach by you of any of these terms and conditions (ii) your user content, (iii) your use of the Materials or (iv) a violation by you of applicable law or any agreement or terms with a third party to which you are subject.

TERMS of SERVICE/LEGAL:
The terms of service and the relationship between you and NTX Hockey shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to it’s conflict of law provisions.    Failure by NTX Hockey to exercise or enforce any right or provision of our rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions. If any provision is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and all of the other provisions and rights shall remain in full force and effect.  You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary that any claim or cause of action must be filed within ninety (90) days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
